Challenges & Solutions
A narrow floorplate with limited façade exposure challenged both daylight access and collaborative breakout zoning. The requirement was to create hierarchy without rigid separation
Unique Design Approach
We deployed vertical wooden slats, soft grey partitions, and spotlight-driven lighting. Lounges were defined using flooring changes and warm-tone furnishings, while team bays retained high modularity for reshuffling
