Challenges & Solutions
Low ceiling height and shared walls demanded careful planning for AV zones and lighting control. The agency also required flexible seating without compromising acoustic performance.
Unique Design Approach
We used exposed matte-black ducting, reeded glass dividers, and raw concrete flooring for visual texture. Pendant lights and suspended LED grids created light zoning, while writable walls and modular furniture ensured creative flexibility
