Accommodated multi-generational use, ensuring open views and integration with natural elements.
Unique Design Approach
We used exposed brick, wood slat ceilings, lime-washed walls, and sandstone flooring across indoor-outdoor transitions. Courtyards were woven into the floor plan, while lounges opened into decked seating and a pool-side bar. Smart lighting and concealed HVAC ensured minimal visual intrusion.
