Guided by Tech-Flexible Zoning, the design blends functionality with brand-led aesthetics to create a high-performance industrial space
Challenges & Solutions
The site required adaptive zoning and acoustic shielding while retaining a high ratio of open visibility and light quality.
Unique Design Approach
Using principles of Tech-Flexible Zoning, we integrated glass boards, acoustic pods, LED grids. Departments were divided using visual hierarchy and indirect lighting. Materials provided texture, zoning clarity, and wellness cues to reflect the client’s brand ethos.
